It looks as if he is standing guard! The starlings are coming back to my area (along w/ the blackbirds)...hate how aggressive they are...and like the blackbird, I am always amazed by the colors in their feathers! Perfect capture!
what a sweet shot, I can't wait until they swoop and dart in hoards over a sky path just above us~they invade the top of the church, then early mornings and early evenings they regale after their meals, over head I love 'em (an aside I don't think anyone gets notices of my posts I'm a computer illiterate I assume this completely)
